About ITNEXUS

Over the past five years, I have immersed myself in the IT field, continuously expanding my knowledge and experience through the guidance of various mentors and by working with different companies. In late 2020, I took a significant step and established my own registered IT company. With a growing client base of 44 individuals and organizations, including private corporations, doctors, attorneys, and even the SAPS, I have provided top-notch IT solutions encompassing hardware, software, networking, and security.

During this period, I had the privilege of working alongside my mentor, Adv. PAC Rowan SC. This collaboration occurred while I pursued my Practical Labour Law certification, and subsequently, I embarked on a full-time LLB degree with a focus on Cyber Law. I have assisted in several significant High Court matters including Virtual Trials, Applications, Pre-trial Conferences, and a watershed case in medical negligence: Siphola v MEC Health.

In conjunction with the South African Police Service (SAPS) and the NPA, I had the opportunity to serve as an IT specialist. I was engaged by Col. Linda Ferrira and Col. Heneke. My responsibilities included carrying out tasks outlined in an affidavit based on Section 29(1) of the Cybercrimes Act, 2020. This involved producing a comprehensive report and providing expert testimony as an IT Specialist at the Durban Magistrate Court.

Over 34 hours every weekend throughout the past year working with TekConcierge, a Dallas-based MSP, delivering IT and security support for hotels from coast to coast across the United States, all whilst being a full-time law student. This demonstrates the ability to manage complex international client relationships while maintaining academic excellence.
